This page details Intealth's practices for accepting payments for our services, including acceptable payment methods, the time at which payment must be made, and how unused funds are returned.
Full payment is due to Intealth at the time a Customer submits an application or requests a service. All payment amounts are in U.S. dollars. Fees are subject to change without notice.
By submitting a payment to Intealth, the Customer agrees to the following terms:
Customers can use MyIntealth at any time to make a payment for an amount owed for past services or to pay in advance for future applications/requests. See Customer Financial Accounts below.
Note: Intealth’s Institutional Customers may have contracts with Intealth that specify different terms for payment than those set forth on this page, including how and when payments are made. The payment terms set forth in such contracts govern payment for such Institutional Customers.

Intealth accepts electronic payment by credit/debit card. To submit payment by credit/debit card, the Customer must have a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card with a security code.
Important Note: If a Customer needs to make multiple credit card transactions to pay for an application/request, these payments must be made to the Customer’s financial account (described below) in advance using MyIntealth.
Intealth’s online payment systems are secured using industry-standard encryption technology. Intealth does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Customers can use MyIntealth to check the status of their financial accounts, make payments owed for past services, or use toward future applications/requests. When a Customer’s financial account has a positive balance, the funds will appear as a credit in MyIntealth that can be applied to applications/requests.
If a Customer owes money to Intealth at the time a new application/request is processed, Intealth will apply the payment associated with the new application/request to the outstanding amount still owed, and will require payment in full to proceed with the new application/request.
Funds in a Customer’s financial account will be available for a period of two years, calculated from the date of last transactional activity in the account. After this two-year period, any remaining funds in the account that have not been used to pay for services, or requested as a refund (see Refunds below), will be forfeited to Intealth; this means that the Customer will lose those funds.

Except as expressly stated below, all fees paid to Intealth are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. By submitting payment, the Customer acknowledges that the Customer has reviewed the description of the requested service, all applicable instructions and requirements, the timing of their request and has had the opportunity to evaluate whether the requested service is appropriate before completing the purchase.
If Intealth determines, in its sole discretion, that it is unable to provide a requested service, Intealth may issue a refund of the fees paid for that specific service. Any such refund shall be made to the original method of payment whenever reasonably practicable. If Intealth is unable to process the refund to the original method of payment, the amount will be placed as a credit on the Customer’s financial account and will be available for use on future service requests. Alternatively, the Customer can contact us to coordinate a different method for processing the refund.
Except as expressly provided above, no refunds, credits, chargebacks, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including, without limitation: (a) a change in the Customer's circumstances, plans, or preferences; (b) the Customer's dissatisfaction with the outcome, result, or usefulness of the services Intealth has provided; (c) the Customer's failure to timely provide requested information or documentation; (d) the Customer's failure to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements, deadlines, or other requirements established by Intealth or any third party; (e) the Customer's decision not to use or complete the purchased services after payment; or (f) any delay, denial, decision, or action by a third party that is outside Intealth's control.
If the Customer has a positive balance in their Intealth financial account, the Customer may request a refund, if desired, by sending an email to [email protected].
